An Employee's R365 instance is the domain name + '.restaurant365.com'. The domain name should then be the first part of the URL before '.restaurant365.com'. For example, the domain name for https://steakshack.restaurant365.com is steakshack and should be entered as such when logging into both R365 Mobile Apps.
If you are unsure of your restaurant's R365 domain name, contact your Manager for assistance.
Ensure that you are using the correct Mobile App
Restaurant365 provides different Mobile Apps: one for Managerial duties and one for Scheduling. Review both app descriptions below to ensure that you are using the correct app:
- Red App - Used by Employees and Managers. Employees use it to access their schedules, view announcements, updating their availability, and submit requests. Managers use this app to view announcements, manage Employee requests, upload documents, approve AP Transactions, enter Inventory Counts, create Log Entries, and enter Log Entry comments.
- Note: Managers who also have the Employee App Access User role can toggle between the Employee and Manager screens via the Red App.
- Black App - Used by Managers only. Managers are able to view the schedule, announcements, Employee information, and Employee requests; access the daily overview; and complete Task Lists.
