Exporting an Employee to ADP RUN

Once a New Employee has completed all their Onboarding documents, their name will appear on the 'Complete' tab of the Onboarding landing page. When Onboarding is completed, the Employee will automatically be exported to ADP RUN.

Troubleshooting a Failed Export

If any fields are empty or incorrect, the Employee export to ADP RUN will fail. When this occurs, Users will need to conduct a manual export.

To manually export a New Employee, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Employee's name from under the 'Competed' tab to open the Employee's Onboarding record.

  2. Locate the ADP tab. Fill in any missing fields or correct any incorrect fields.

  3. Once corrections to the ADP fields have been made, click 'Export to ADP'

  4. Once this has been done, log into ADP RUN.

  5. Locate the Employee's name on the 'To Do' List, and click the Employee name to confirm their information.

  6.  The Employee is now completed and will be shown in the ADP RUN employee list.
