This article reviews the Demographic Audit Report.
The Demographic Audit Report displays the current identification and pay rate information for all Employees who have been Onboarded to Payroll within Workforce.
- Note: This is one of the required reports for the setup of the Employee Navigator Integration.
Navigation
To navigate to the Demographic Audit Report, click 'My Reports' under 'Reports' in the left navigation menu, then select 'Labor' in the top header.
Find the 'Demographic Audit Report', then select 'Run' next to the report.
- Note: The report has no customizable parameters.
Report Columns
The Demographic Audit Report has the following columns:
- Payroll ID - R365's unique identifier for the Employee
- Employee SSN - Employee's TIN
- First Name - Employee's first name
- Middle Name - Employee's middle name
- Last Name - Employee's last name
- Hire Date - Employee's date of hire
- Termination Date - Date Employee was terminated
- Salary Effective Date - Date current salary or pay rate became active
- Compensation Basis - Hourly or Salary
- Annual Base Salary - Salary in dollars for Employees with a Compensation Basis of 'Salary'
- Base Hourly Rate - Pay Rate in dollars for Employees with a Compensation Basis of 'Hourly'
- Address 1 - Employee's personal address
- Address 2 - Employee's personal address
- City - Employee's personal address
- State - Employee's personal address
- Zip - Employee's personal address
- Personal Email - Employee's personal email
- Work Email - Employee's work email
- Phone - Employee's personal phone number
