As of December 2023, there will be a new process for granting users access to report subscriptions.


The create report subscriptions toggle will be removed from the Report Roles Settings tab on the user Security & Permissions page. A set of report subscription permissions will be added to the user permissions tree on the User Roles tab. To grant additional users access to report subscriptions or edit permissions, users must check/uncheck permissions from the permissions tree. 



Note: Users that have report subscription access when the change is made will maintain their full access to report subscriptions. Access can be edited from the permission tree.

Report Subscriptions Permissions Added to Permissions Tree


Users can now be granted access to report subscriptions from the User Roles Permissions tab. The following new permissions were added:

  • Reporting
    • Report Subscriptions
      • View Report Subscriptions
      • Edit Report Subscriptions
      • Create Report Subscriptions
      • Delete Report Subscriptions


To grant report subscription access, edit the user's role to include the necessary report subscriptions permissions.
