Starting November 3rd, we’re simplifying the way you connect with our Support team!

You’ll now see a single “Contact Us” button on the Support Portal. When selected, this will open our new Support widget in the bottom right corner of your screen, providing quick and easy access to our AI-enabled Assistant.

Our Assistant is designed to help you get answers faster by instantly providing guidance and solutions to common questions. 

If it’s unable to resolve your issue, you’ll be offered the option to:

  • Connect with a live Support agent during business hours, or

  • Create a Support ticket to receive a follow-up response.

This update replaces the current experience, which offers separate options for “Create a Ticket” and “Chat with Us.”

We’re excited to deliver a more streamlined, intelligent, and efficient Support experience to help you get back to running your restaurant faster.
