R365 Hire offers integration with Paychex, an all-in-one payroll and HR solution for businesses.
When Integrated with R365 Hire , new hire information will automatically export to Paychex, creating a streamlined Onboarding process when it comes to payroll and HR.
Candidate information input in R365 Hire will be sent to Paychex once the candidate is hired, creating a new Paychex User in the integrated Paychex account. The following information will be exported from R365 Hire to Paychex:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- Employment Type
- Address
- Start Date
Note: Integrating Paychex with R365 Hire requires a paid subscription to Paychex. For help, please contact your CSM or submit a support ticket.
Connecting Paychex to R365 Hire
To integrate Paychex with R365 HIRE, follow these steps:
- To enable Paychex Integration, contact your CSM.
- Note: The 8-digit Paychex ID associated with the Organization’s account will be required for setup.

- Log into Paychex, and navigate to the ‘Company Settings' page.
- Locate and click the 'Integrated Apps' button
- Under 'All Applications,' click 'Partner Applications.' There will be a notice that says 'Access Requested.'
- Click the toggle to turn 'Integration Connection' on, and check the Legal Notice checkbox. Then, click Save.
The Integration is now active in R365 Hire. Once a hire is made, the Candidate information will automatically be sent to Paychex, and a Paychex user record will be created.
Exporting an Applicant from R365 Hire to Paychex
Once Paychex and R365 Hire are connected, Applicants will automatically export once they are hired.
Applicants can be hired from the Action Menu of the Applicant List or from the Applicant's profile.

Once 'Hire' is clicked, the User will be prompted to complete the Hiring information.
Upon completion, the New Hire's information will be exported to Paychex. The Applicant Profile will show the Paychex export action under 'All Activity.'
